Shared Branching

Our members are able to access their Delaware First FCU accounts at over 4,600 participating CU Service Centers nationwide!
A CU Service Center is a credit union branch that 'shares' account access through the CU Service Center Network. Why rely on an ATM when you can take advantage of a fully staffed credit union branch office! Using a shared branch provides you with the same high standard of service that you've come to expect from Delaware First.
When traveling for business or on vacation, use Shared Branching as an alternative to traveler's checks or large amounts of cash.  In case of an emergency, remember that the credit union staff at your nearest shared branch stands ready to provide assistance.

When visiting a CU Service Center, simply provide the teller with the following information:

  • The name of our credit union (Delaware First FCU)
  • Your member account number
  • The last four digits of your Social Security number
  • A valid photo ID
With that information, the teller at the CU Service Center will be able to access your Delaware First accounts allowing you to conduct as many deposits, withdrawals, transfers or loan payments as you like. It's that easy!
Accessing your accounts through a CU Service Center is perfect for when you're traveling on business or vacation. And, if you're relocating there's no need to leave your credit union. So remember, no matter where you travel or whatever your situation, with shared branching, you're never very far from your credit union there's always a CU Service Center close by!
